Xscreensaver 5.31 was released this week, and it has preliminary Android support:

I built it on Ubuntu. An ndk-build, ant debug and ant installd did the trick for me. Only caveat: you have to add the line:

#include <time.h>

at the top of hacks/fpsI.h to get the ndk-build to work.
