This has been known for a long time, I don't see what the news here is
Looks like some journalist at Wired recently watched Interstellar.
"Time Dilation Is Real" should be the title.
This is likely either a supporting advertisement for Interstellar, or a retrospective attempt to siphon some traffic from the burst of interest in general relativity which followed the release of Interstellar.

This isn't "time travel" in the colloquial sense, it's just different frames of reference which differ by imperceptible amounts relative to a human lifetime.
