Lawn Love (YC S14) Is Hiring a Digital Marketing Manager

Hi there,

We're a small team of software engineers, product managers and growth types working to build a next generation lawn care marketplace. We're well funded by great investors and are growing quickly.

We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager / Head of Growth to help us manage our existing inbound channels and spin up new ones.

You'll be joining as growth hire #1 This means you'll get to work across a ton of different channels, have direct influence on the product, and also help craft our culture as a company.

Here's what we're looking for:

We're looking for someone with deep expertise in Adwords, Facebook ads and online marketing in general. You should also be somewhat familiar with A/B testing, Optimizely and Google Analytics. SEO or email marketing chops are a plus.

You don't need to be technical, but it's definitely nice if you can plug in your own pixel tracking snippets. :)

Previous startup experience is also a plus, whether it's working for an early stage company or starting and growing your own business.
