Ask HN: Ma domain hack for Massachussets

I'm from Morocco, and our country's TLD is .ma.

I'm wondering whether businesses and individuals in Massachussets would like to buy domain names in .ma.

They are legally able to do so, only the registrar needs to be in Morocco. Moroccan registrar have crap websites, and not often in English, so this might be a reason why Americans don't buy domains there.

So my question is: do you think there's a business opportunity here, to create a new registrar targeting Massachussets market segment and providing higher-standards services than the existing offer?
