Integration Platform as a Service help?

I'm fairly new to mobile development and I've recently been introduced to services like segment.io, Elastic.io, and a few "write once deploy to many" types of services.

They seem almost too good to be true. Should I be worried about their long-term viability? If they go under, should I be worried that my app is going to crash? Please help!
