I guess it depends on how you define the line of code, but I would be surprised if no former president has ever done anything code-like, especially considering how this was more necessary in many early computers, and considering how we practically "write code" even in using graphing calculators or Excel. It seems like even many university students in non-technical disciplines will have written at least a line of code in their life.
