Looking for Front-End, Back-End, Full-Stack and iOS Developers to Work in Porto

This is my first post ever on HN, since I'm originally a designer so I don't often use ugly websites!

Together with Hélder Leal, I'm one of the Co-Founders of Pixelmatters, a design and development company based in Porto, Portugal.

Currently, we're trying to build our in-house development team. But it's been a nightmare. Portuguese universities educate people to be completely conservative, lazy and with inside-the-box thinking/mentality. They just can't get the meaning and the opportunity that is to join a fast-growing startup like ours.

I say fast growing because, on Wednesday, we have our first anniversary. It started as a joke with me and Hélder working at home, but shit started to become serious. We hired our first 3 employees 7 months after the start and now we're a team of 6.

So, if you're someone with vision and passion for what you do, if code is your second language or design is your way of life, you are just the person we've been looking for.
