Poll: Which Mobile Account Creation Mechanism Do You Prefer?

There are multiple ways to create accounts for Mobile Applications. The benefit of an account is that it can allow users to find other users by name/ID or just be a place to store user specific data on a shared device. I'm trying to figure out which mobile account creation technique has the lowest friction for both signing up and finding other friends on the network?
