Ask HN: Who is hiring beginners

Hello, Every now and then I see posts like these which say which companies are hiring developers who have some solid experience.

This post if to ask if you know of any companies who are ready to hire folks with very little/no development experience.

For example: I have been working in IT since 2010, but I don't have any solid programming experience. I have been working on tools with the (scripting) use of languages such as Javascript and Apache Jelly, and I was excellent in these areas, I am now looking to change careers but I don't see any hope.

So this post is to ask if you guys know of any such employers.

From the guidelines "A regular "Who Is Hiring?" thread appears at the beginning of every month, and you're welcome to post there. The rest of the time, job posts are reserved for Y Combinator-funded startups." Additionally there is a 'looking for work' thread and similar for freelancing.

Personally I prefer those posts over individuals who look for a job and job ads.
