[–] centdev 11y ago ↗ Because it's easier to regulate knowing more people download / stream than upload. Only people in general uploading significant data are business or file sharing.
[–] [dead] henrycarter2000 11y ago ↗ I dont think so. More often than not, they only advertise the download speed. Upload is often slower.
