Vagrant Apache Cloudstack Environment

This project enables people to use vagrant to bring up a full cloudstack environment using apache cloudstack. vagrant will bring up two VMs, 1) XenServer 6.2 which acts as the hypervisor and 2) Centos 6.5 which is configured with chef and runs the cloudstack manager
