Poll: Whiteboards slow down startups in early stage. Yes or No?

After loving whiteboards for so much, I started to hate them. Specially in super early startup stage. Like firsts meetings. I have the feeling that the constraints a small piece of paper gives you and after some ideas translate them instantly into design or code, is faster and better than pointless long discussions on whiteboards. Do you agree?
