NDRC Launchpad incubator mystery

Just passed NDRC Launchpad incubator (intoo.im) interview process, which is the last step before possibly joining the accelerator in Dublin. The questions they ask are really unexpected, no webcam only sound. Why don't they want to see the founders? Doesn't make sense!
