Amazon Europe down?

Just tried .de, didn't load. Anybody knows if AWS also down?

It is taking more than 30mins since I noticed it.

It's bad UI design at best, and deceiving at worst.

Also, even with a clear, honest red icon it's still heavily tilted towards showing greens, since only the current day is visible.

(obviously would need tailoring since AWS run multiple services)
