Partner/Co-founder

I'm looking for a partner/co-founder for a start-up business. The partner/co-founder should be someone with a strong technical background (CTO or future CTO). The ideal person should understand how consumers interact with online services, web architectural experience, and database structures. The online business relates to automotive services (repair and maintenance).
