Ask HN: Can Friendster enforce their patents against Facebook ?

Friendster has been awarded several patents related to social networking - 7,069,308, 7,117,254, 7,188,153, 7,451 - they range from social networking to uploading content in a social networking site.<p>My question is - can they enforce these patents against Facebook ? If not, can anyone explain why not ?
