This is entirely off-topic for HN, and yet I believe this is important. Normally one does not try to send a video viral for negative reasons, but this is absolutely ridiculous. Please dislike this video and report it for being abusive. Youtube is prioritizing this video in its primary advertising spot due to its popularity. Utterly disgusting behaviour.
I take this sort of thing to heart, as I - and I suspect other like-minded individuals who hang out here - find targeting people for being different to be above-and-beyond abhorrent. These people have physically assaulted strangers for the purpose of entertainment and views on youtube. This video is either a social experiment designed to enrage the public and cause controversy (ie: the "victims" are willing participants), or these are real people people assaulted in public for their choice of hairstyle. Either way, this is unacceptable and it is not ok for youtube to be providing this kind of socially unacceptable junk prime advertising space. Please make your voice be heard.
Yes, it's off topic. I think HN shouldn't be a person's private army to dislike/downvote/report content on other forums. Common on Reddit and 4chan, but please not on HN.
The video is meant for high vitality, professional made and promoted and probably fake anyway.
