Ask HN: Cache eviction based on bayesian methods

Cache eviction without any tuning parameters, cache will use bayesian methods ( i am not yet sure which methods to use) to evict. I have searched and did not find any such implementation. found this link which is very interesting http://www.cs.york.ac.uk/aig/papers/Bartlett_2010b.pdf
