Ask HN: Does technology stack affect your company's prospect for getting bought?

I imagine for a prospective buyer, knowing a company is built on Rails provides comfort in knowing that he can more easily find developers than for something like, say, Yesod. Everything else being equal.

Or does sheer business value render all that moot?
