Ask HN: Link to measurement scale of startup disruption?

Quick question, don't upvote.

Some time ago there was discussion about a logarithmic scale of disruption, but I don't recall enough keywords to find it.

The gist was assessing ideas based on maximum potential disruption, whether they could disrupt a single company, an industry, a societal foundation, etc.

Could anyone point me in the right direction?
