Remote work / freelancer (Brazil)

Hello!

I am Brazilian (and I live in Brazil), I have little domain of the English language. But I have enough experience in software development. I have worked with COBOL / Linux, Delphi5, C # / MVC3 and html / js / css. I also have less experience in other liguagens and tools.

As I can not find a remote work, or freelancer?
