Hmm...I think AI will make us redundant, and we'll go away in time, but I don't think that makes it a foe. Not entirely sure how to answer.
I assume this poll is referring to strong AI. Maybe we'll be phased out before strong AI comes to pass, but if consciousness(?) is a thing the way we like to value it as a thing, they'll eventually develop it, either by becoming strong AI or recreating some meaty beings--or just going to find the other meaty beings that almost surely exists elsewhere in the universe.
