  - Track record of shipping webapps and mobile apps

  - Not afraid to use the best tool for the job, even though it means constantly learning new technologies. 

  - You take pride in building detailed UI and interactions. 

  - Believe user experience is everyone’s responsibility. You enjoy iterating with other team members to get to the best solution.

  - You are opinionated yet thrive in a collaborative environment; you bring your ideas and an open mind, not your ego, to brainstorming sessions.

  - Excited by the challenge of building well designed, performant and secure software.
