Looking for Twitter Bootstrap / Foundation Coder

Hi guys, not sure if this is OK to put it here.. where could I find programmers for TB and/or Foundation?

Need reliable, punctual person who can create cool responsive website for my clients. I have my "own" logo designer and photographer.

I am from Slovakia, Europe.
