CrashPlan since 2006, Mozy before that. Once every quarter or two, a full Time Machine to a USB drive.

NAS + Google Drive 1TB plan. Both Synology and QNap have nice little plugins to connect to major cloud services, making all the syncing oh so comfortable :)
