The DEA is being bribed? I wish I were surprised. Logistically it would take a couple 18 wheelers a week to import all the cocaine the U.S. consumes. You don't move that much illegal product without bribing the enforcers.
From the guidelines, I guess you could consider this post off-topic. It's political and hardly a new phenomenon.
However, I enjoy very much reading posts here that are not about technology but "gratifies one's intellectual curiosity".
