Living in Bellevue WA

Hello all, Love HN and figured this would be a good place to post. I live on the east coast and just got a job in Bellevue, WA making 80k. Just curious if anyone has good resources to learn about the area, or any tips. I'm also trying to find a good apartment, and was curious if anyone had tips on finding something good besides Craigslist!
