Ask HN: Any website to find videogame designers to work with?

I am building Apple Watch apps, and would like to collaborate with a game designer. Anyone know of any sites that can facilitate this type of arrangement? The obvious is Odesk and Elance, but I would like a more committed team member as opposed to straight pay.
