BYOD services like Anevo, Callcentric, or Voip.ms are really a much better deal than most of the choices in this poll. With a BYOD service you should expect to pay $2-$4/month for an incoming line with unlimited minutes, and under $.01/minute for termination (outbound calls).

Services like Grasshopper or RingCentral have extremely high markup for very little added value.
