I think dumb laws are there to be broken.

Those who use cookies for nefarious purposes are not going to be stopped by this, the rest of us could do without more alert boxes popping up when users visit a site.

The 'I think this poll is dumb, someone please kill it' link is at the top right, it's called 'flag'.
