Ask YC: can one of you create a webapp to browse the recent NASA flight data? (nasa.gov)

People are complaining about the format (hundreds of pages of PDF). Surely one of you talented programmers can create a webapp based on this, and it might even be the genesis of a startup (e.g., traveler's hub for aircraft safety, etc.)

I myself am just interested in reading the damn thing and am too lazy to write scripts to parse it.
