Why Indian E-Commerce closing down their mobile web platform(flipkart.com)?

If you look at myntra.com or flipkart.com they have completely shutdown their mobile website. Why is that?

Are they not able to maintain it? (They just got huge funding)

Is mobile web dying? (hyperbol)

In any case most of big companies promote their apps not the mobile web, what HN thinks about it?
