This is hilarious! The voices are excellent and its just so bonkers absurd with the random junk on twitter being shouted out into my headphones.

Instantly shared this with everyone :)

I could listen to this shit all day if it wasn't hogging my CPU (probably my nouveau driver on Linux, not the site's fault). Really really nice!
Same from me. Brilliant, funny, I love the echo, this is really just way too funny. Too bad it hogs the cpu so incredibly.
The same for my MacBook Air. I can't recall a single case when the built-in fan was so loud before.
It's great how this just works on my iOS device.

Alas, the audio doesn't seem to work in Firefox (37.0.2).
Works for me, but I think it was muted at first.
Audio not working here either, same FF version. It works with Chrome.
Actually, upon closer inspection, in Chrome it starts in a buggy state where the sound is enabled but the speaker icon (at the bottom of the page) is set to mute. In Firefox, the buggy state doesn't occur: it's initially muted and you have to click on the speaker icon to enable the sound.
Thanks - I was so busy looking at the mountains I didn't see the unmute button. Well worth a reload !
this is brilliant! the voices are really funny.
Really cool! We found a bug displaying certain characters: http://imgur.com/C0E3HOV
Oh yes, the font we are using does not include some characters. Our guys who created the experiment are aware of the problem and will probably try to come up with a fix soon.
Hi all! I'm so glad you like it! The mountains were made by the design team to stress test our WebGL tool Goo Create.
Awesome, would listen to this all day with #jokes keep me smiling all day!!
I've been laughing all day to this :)
Haha I witnessed a 'Yo mamma' joke, day made.
If anyone is wondering what "become a villager" means on your phone or tablet – try it, it's cool! You are placed on the ground in the town, and physically move your phone around to control where you're looking. I could see the mountains talking but not hear them though (even after unmuting).
The audio works for me on Android (Chrome).
Damn impressive - minor glitch, mouths occasionally animate before voices are triggered.

Overall, fantastic and weirdly enthralling. Thanks!

Nice to hear! And no, it's not perfect at all but still fun! We will try to find time to improve it a bit soon.

The visuals are gorgeous, but the sound is not working. All I get is some background noise, but no voices.

The idea, in general, is awesome!

Too bad you can't hear the voices. Those are what makes this so great. You should try it in another browser.
Look for a speaker icon with an "x" at the lower left. The page starts up muted.
I just installed Chrome, now it works. Safari didn't even load the graphics.
There's a mute button in the bottom left corner. For some reason it defaults to being muted on Firefox/Conkeror.
This needs a better data source than Twitter. I suggest Fox News.
