Ask HN: Measure USB Controller Data Throughput on Windows?

Hi HNers,

I'm trying to build a USB over IP setup for a laser controller (http://www.pangolin.com/flashback/flashback3.htm)

In order to find out what kind of Network adapter we should use we would like to measure the data rates (especially peaks) for the controller - is there any way to do that on windows?
