Chopin: Programming Language

Frederic Chopin is the poet of piano and one of the few pianists I can see, hear, and feel. If any of you know who Chopin is, is there a programming language that would fit his sense of musical mastery, elegance, and exactitude style? If not...how does one go about creating a programming language?

Chopin (pronounced sho-pan) would be the greatest programming language of all time.
