Ask HN: Good HTML-Editor/CMS for Marketing-People?

Hi, we need to create a lot of landing pages for our marketing campaigns and I'm looking for a good tool to help the marketing people to do it on their own.

They should be able to click together a site with pre-defined components, change texts, add tracking links (these can be js-snippets), and deploy it themselves with a click on a button.

I'd prefer a webbased solution but a desktop app would be okay, too.

Any ideas?
