Ask HN: What software do you use for creating estimates?

Our team bids on a lot of projects every year, ranging in the $50,000 - $1,500,000 range. We have a Google Sheet template that we capture estimates from our various designers, developers, project managers and then throw some formulas on and output our final costs. Just wondering if there is anything better out there with less room for error.
