If you have strong PM skills, you'll do well in larger companies. I have sent you an email (from your profile) to a contact in the UK who might be able to help. Good luck!

I have been in this situation. It was exactly 30 days as well. Found a new job in few days and quick enough to transfer the work visa. You can do it!

Take the new role. Use the extra time to apply for other jobs.

Not liking the answer is not the same as it being a bad answer.
One way or the other, the company is looking after its interests. You will be reciprocating that when you find something better for yourself. They will understand.

I have quit, folks weren't too pleased, but I kept everything civil and professional. And I was successful in getting a recommendation.

>> shuffle at the company completely rendering myself and a couple of others redundant

>> I have a good relationship with the company.

Do you see how these two facts don't match up?

The company used you. They most likely promised you a great career path and are about to toss you out.

Use them to buy yourself some time and then toss them out.

Don't worry about it. It's just business.

Are you looking strictly at UK only? How about the US or elsewhere in Europe?
