My gmail has been hacked

I receive all my mails, but many of the mails I send through gmail are not received by the recipient,without notification, including answers to their mail. I have tried all the automatic helps from gmail and none of their answers is the answer. I can only think of a virus attacking gmail and force customers to switch.
