What do you think of the on Demand Economy?

There are many Apps and services coming out everyday. Some of them are quite useful, like Uber, other OnDemand Companies are far out (eg: Gasoline On Demand).

Whats your take on where this market is going and would you prefer to use aggregators or connecting platforms like BizzBook?
