Ask HN: How much does Windows Embedded 8.1 Industry cost?

I can't find anywhere that will give a ballpark estimate on the cost of buying licenses without requesting a quote.

I'd like to buy a few licenses at time (5-20) depending on cost), is this even possible? This is for a kiosk/point of sale system.
