Facebook's dual class shares: another reason to avoid this company (seekingalpha.com)

This guy clearly has an axe to grind against Zuckerberg.

Google also have dual-class shares. As long as the company makes loads of money, shareholders care nothing of those structures. Of course, corporate raiders on Wall Street whine about the dual-class shares because they have more obstacles to take over companies.

For me, I have no problem to report to someone who is junior than I am. If the young king has vision but lack of experience and I have the experience in making his vision materialized. It is a win-win for both of us.
