Ask HN: Good hands on Books for CTOs?

1 points by phelmig ↗ HN
I'm currently looking for good CTO / Tech Management / Tech CEO books. While I have read quite a bit of conceptual pieces about managing teams / splitting up and measuring tasks and have some experience with agile development I would like to read some real world hands on reports. On the business side I learned a lot from books like "Getting to Plan B" and "The hard thing about hard things" which allowed me to put some theoretical knowledge into perspective.

TL;DR: Is there a "The hard thing about hard things" for CTOs?
