If this is true, I'd love to see a geographical breakdown of where these people live...somehow I'm skeptical that 40% of folks in i.e CA & NY believe this..

Blue area = 70% believe earth is older than 10,000 years old.

red area = 70% believe earth is younger than 10,00 years old.

I highly recommend you read the comment section of OP's article. I'm surprised it's only 40%.

Do you have any source for this correlation, or did you just make it up?

I'd like to see it correlated to age as well. If the numbers change so quickly in the last decades, it seems to me it would be a generational issue.
