App idea – FreedomPop multi-service toggle

I have service thru Freedompop.com. I believe the way the phone works is that the Freedompop app checks the IMEI or other number specific to the make/model of the phone. It then checks with Freedompop/Sprint servers to verify that number and the account is active, etc. It then makes service available/active on the phone. I have a couple of accounts with Freedompop, and I want to be able to toggle or switch between my accounts on either of my phones without my account or cell number getting banned. I would like the app to be open source and on github. I would like to work with someone on developing this app - or just get feedback on the community about the idea - or if there is a place to post mobile app ideas.
