Internet Census 2012, Can we have it for 2015 ?

Just stumbled across Internet Census) http://internetcensus2012.bitbucket.org/paper.html pretty cool.

Is it possible to do this again in the year 2015 ? Especially with the increase in mobile devices (maybe telnet is not possible in Android phones)
