Some great tips in here. I think outsourcing sometimes gets a bad rap. But, with a solid strategy you can add new expertise to your internal team and get a leg up on the competition.
Interesting take on this. Outsourcing has always been a struggle for me, but every once in awhile you get a good contract going that makes life easier rather than harder.
