Are you looking for real experience? (programmers)

I'm launching a new product and I'm looking for front-end and back-end developers. Specifically skilled in at least two or more of the following areas:

- Ruby on Rails - Ruby - AngularJS - HTML - CSS - Socket.io - Payment Gateways (Stripe, BrainTree etc...)

I'm a straight shooter, so it's a pre-funded opportunity, obviously there is a level of risk involved but as you know the more risk the more reward. You will receive equity and I have a direct connection to the largest VC firm in my city (Toronto) so once the product is ready I have the VC's ears no problem. So if they bite - and we can raise funding, we can begin paying out salaries.
