This is crazy. On the same day France has announced a new Visa program for Startup Tech companies. How can you expect to be able to succeed there if you are arrested for disrupting an existing model?
Not all disruption of existing business model involves violation of applicable law in the jurisdiction in which you are operating.

Those that do -- and this is true in the US as well as France -- involve a greater risk of legal sanctions being applied.

I think the Online poker executives that got arrested to protect the vested interests of the us gambling industry might think there is not much diference.
