Ask HN: How to find developer work in Japan?

I'm a U.S. native who wants to live in Japan for at least the next year. I do web development HTML/CSS/JS with Node, Meteor, and React being my main frameworks but I've played with lots of other stuff. I only know very basic Japanese but want to learn it fluently. Does anyone know of any good resources to make this possible?
